You would have seen the news that our time with Ladbrokes is over. We have now completed the process of cashing out your punters club entitlement (if any) from the group account to your personal Ladbrokes account. This was done scientifically based on everyone’s relative contributions over time (not anything to do with how good a punter you are – we already know you’re good).
Important: part of the cashout process required us to trigger the “leave club” process so that it stopped subscription payments, cancelled account access tokens etc, and (unfortunately) removed everyone from the group.
Now that the cashouts are finalised we are working to stand up the club again with all members intact. Whether that’s an easy fix we are not sure but we will have a crack at it. Worst case scenario – you will get a unique join link to share with your group to rejoin a club of the same name (plus settings and stats if we’re lucky!) when we are linked to our new bookie.

IF you did not receive a payout at all, or think that you were due more than you received, it’s likely that you have deposit limit on your account that might be exceeded by your share. To correct that, add a bank account your withdrawal method asap (in which case anything under your limit will land in your Ladbrokes account and any overs will go straight to your bank). The transaction should retry automatically but if not please send us a ticket to that effect and we will action it manually if required.
We have found a new betting partner and will sharing those details as soon as next week. There will be a little downtime while we complete the integration, and while it might not be possible to keep your stats intact we will make it easy to migrate your club over and you’ll get the club account (you’ll need to add a payment method) and a personal account with them as normal. They’re a superstar crew and we can’t wait to get amongst it.
